Select the option Regular Combination.
In the 8 x 4 Chaos storage area, place:

* One (1) or Ancient Item Level 7 (minimum)+Option4% (minimum) (best if option is +16 DO NOT GO ABOVE 16 it will lower your % A LOT)
* One (1) 2nd level Wing(any class) Level 9 (minimum)+Option 4% (minimum)(best if option is +16 DO NOT GO ABOVE 16 it will lower your % A LOT)

* One (1) or more Jewel(s) of Chaos
* One (1) Stack of 10 Jewels of Soul
* One (1) Jewel of Creation
* Appropriate amount of Zen needed
Press the Combining button
Maximum success rate is 60%.

If you succeed you will get 1 Feather of Condor
If you fail everything will be gone.

Flame of condor (this is an item that drops only in Swamp )



2nd Step:
Third level Wings:

Talk with the Chaos Goblin in Noria (180, 100).
Select the option Regular Combination.
In the 8 x 4 Chaos storage area, place:

* One (1) Flame of Condor
* One (1) Feather of Condor
* One (1) or more Excellent Item Level 9 (minimum)+Option 4% (minimum)(best if option is +16 DO NOT GO ABOVE 16 it will lower your % A LOT).
* One (1) or more Jewel(s) of Chaos
* One (1) Jewel of Creation
* One (1) Stack of 10 Jewels of Soul
* One (1) Stack of 10 Jewels of Bless
* Appropriate amount of Zen needed
Press the Combining button
Maximum success rate is 40%.

If you succeed you will get a random class 3rd lvl wing additional options are also random and may or not appear.

If you fail everything will be gone.

Wing of Storm
- Can be equipped by Blade Master
- Defense : (60) + (Wing Level * 4) [Level 10~13 will increase by +5~+8]
- Damage Increase : 42 + (Wing Level * 1)
- Damage Absorb : 35 + (Wing Level * 2)
- Increase Speed

Wing of Vortex
- Can be equipped by Grand Master
- Defense : (45) + (Wing Level * 4) [Level 10~13 will increase by +5~+8]
- Damage Increase : 42 + (Wing Level * 1)
- Damage Absorb : 35 + (Wing Level * 2)
- Increase Speed

Wing of Illusion
- Can be equipped by High Elf
- Defense : (45) + (Wing Level * 4) [Level 10~13 will increase by +5~+8]
- Damage Increase : 42 + (Wing Level * 1)
- Damage Absorb : 35 + (Wing Level * 2)
- Increase Speed

Wing of Doom
- Can be equipped by Duel Master
- Defense : (45) + (Wing Level * 4) [Level 10~13 will increase by +5~+8]
